The ignition cover is ready to be installed, the screws have been pre-mounted with Loctite to guarantee a durable hold and prevent any unscrewing.

The product is compatible with all Mineralli AM6 engines therefore suitable for Yamaha DT 50.

What parts are included?

• 1 ignition cover to protect your ignition,
• 1 chain cover to reinforce the protection of your transmission chain,
• 2 chain cover spacers for a perfect fit,
• 5 high quality stainless steel screws to fix the ignition cover,
• 2 category stainless steel screws for the chain cover,
• 12 Category stainless steel screws for a solid assembly of the ignition cover.

What is the difference between a sealed ignition cover and a ventilated one?

A waterproof ignition cover is manufactured in such a way as to prevent water, dust and other external elements from entering a motorcycle's ignition. This therefore protects your ignition from any external element.

A ventilated ignition cover, meanwhile, is made in a way that allows air to flow freely around the ignition. The purpose of a vented ignition cover is to prevent the ignition from overheating. This then improves the performance of a motorcycle.

We recommend sealed ignition covers for original ignition. The ventilated ignition covers will be more suitable for an ignition with an internal rotor in order to facilitate its cooling.
